What type of counselling do you offer?

The main counselling approach I use is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Although, I work in an integrative and holistic way so I will utilise different counselling approaches when appropriate (e.g. ACT, person-centered).


I understand counselling is a commitment that can feel difficult and I am open to feedback throughout our sessions to ensure we are working together in a way that feels best for you.

How long does each therapy session take?

50 minutes.

How regular are therapy sessions?

Weekly or Bi-Weekly
